Serious subjects deserve vibrant and welcoming spaces, held by someone who knows how to weave together energy, creativity and depth. I design these formats and accompany the encounters that unfold within them with care and intention – so that everyone leaves strengthened, inspired, full of new possibilities and perspectives.

 

-> 20 years of international experience 

as an intercultural facilitator, conference moderator and consultant have taken me across Germany, Europe and the world. I work in three languages: German, English and French – in person, digitally and in hybrid formats. Furthermore, I am a language facilitator and specialist in communication within multilingual settings – working across any language present in the room.

Expert in facilitating extremely heterogeneous groups, in project management, in developing - pedagogical - concepts with agility and creativity, and in designing interactive formats that explore a wide range of contemporary social issues – and the intersections between them.

As a specialist in non-formal education and language facilitation, I have a deep understanding of group dynamics in multilingual contexts and of how to navigate and overcome social, cultural and linguistic barriers. I combine methodological diversity with a holistic approach – weaving together creative, embodied and experiential methods, an intersectional lens on contemporary social issues, and a nuanced awareness of the power dynamics that shape our societies.

My work and experience cut across society, topics and diverse groups of people – from the local to the international level. The interconnections and dynamics between these levels fascinate me deeply and inform everything I do.

I find myself at the heart of a vibrant and ever-growing network of outstanding referents, speakers, key actors and stakeholders from a wide range of fields – people who nourish each of my projects, enrich every team I work with, and keep expanding what is possible.
